Your privacy and security are fundamental to ElpiVault. This policy explains how we handle your data in our Web3 ecosystem.

1. Data We Collect

Due to our integration with the Pi Network, when you authenticate to ElpiVault, we only collect:

• Your public Pi Network username (Pi Username).
• Your unique user identifier (UID) provided by the Pi SDK.
• The public address of your wallet (Public Key) used to make donations.
• The transaction IDs (hashes) performed on the platform.

Important: We never collect, ask for, or have access to your Pi Network password or your wallet Passphrase.

2. How We Use Your Data

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Process and confirm your donations on the blockchain.
• Record your contribution for the correct issuance of EVPI tokens.
• Display your donation history within your profile in the app.
• Ensure security and prevent fraud in the use of the platform.

3. The Public Nature of the Blockchain

By using ElpiVault, you understand and agree that blockchain technology is a public and immutable ledger. Your transaction data (including your wallet's public address, the donated amount, and the timestamp) will be permanently recorded on the Pi Network blockchain and can be viewed by anyone through the Pi Blockexplorer. We do not have the ability to delete or alter records on the blockchain.

4. Data Sharing

ElpiVault does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or marketing companies. Aggregated and anonymous statistical information may be shared with partner NGOs only to demonstrate the impact of the campaign.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account from our app's database at any time. However, please note that deletion requests cannot affect transaction data that has already been immutably recorded on the Pi Network blockchain.
